These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Birmingham Skin and Physio Clinic website and the booking of any services with us, and are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By using our website, submitting a booking, or checking the consent box on our appointment form, you agree to the terms below.
Appointment requests submitted online are not confirmed until our team contacts you to verify your preferred date and time. We reserve the right to suggest alternative slots based on availability.
No treatment will be carried out without your informed consent. Before any procedure, you will be given clear information about the treatment, its benefits, risks, and alternatives, and asked to confirm your agreement, in line with General Medical Council and CQC guidance on informed consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, including after a consent form has been signed.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee, at our discretion.
All treatments are subject to a clinical consultation to confirm suitability. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not considered clinically appropriate.
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and major card payments. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will honour the price quoted at the time of booking.
While we use evidence-based techniques and experienced practitioners, individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and realistic expectations will be discussed during your consultation.
